When packaging your unit for shipment, please remember to empty the water from the reservoir and allow to air dry. We do not require the top of the machine, the disposed capsule drawer nor the power cord for repair service.
Remember to affix your contact information (Name, Phone # and Email) to the unit.
You will receive an estimate for your approval once your machine has been fully diagnosed.
Average turnaround time for repair service is currently unknown due to COVID-19.
Appointments are necessary for all machine pick-ups and drop-offs. If you wish to leave your machine at the front door with your contact information affixed, you may do so without an appointment.
